Yoga serves many purposes which tie in very nicely to my mental training teachings.
There is no question that yoga helps a person to build strength, and flexibility. It is common to see a person that practices yoga regularly as having a long, lean, toned body.
When I first learned of yoga, I remember thinking "Well, some of those positions don"t look much different than the floor exercises and stretches I had learned in gym class."
I have come to learn that nothing could be further from the truth.
